This document outlines the official refund policy for all courses and services provided by Music360. By purchasing any course or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms specified herein.

1. Policy Statement 

Music360 is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of our courses. To maintain transparency and fairness, we provide a 7-day refund policy for all our courses, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only if requested within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. 
• To qualify for a refund, the course or service must not have been consumed or downloaded excessively, beyond what is deemed reasonable for evaluation purposes.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

• Submit a formal request via email to learn@music360world.com within the 7-day period of                   purchase of course or product.
• Include the following details: Name and registered email address. 
• Order confirmation or purchase receipt. 
• Reason for refund request. 
• Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed within 14 business days of receipt        of refund request.

Payment method of Refund:

• Refund will be made in original payment method or separate bank account. 
• if refund will be made in separate bank account and we can mention in refund policy that                    customer have to provide his Bank details.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund period. 
• Courses purchased during promotional or discount periods with terms specifying "No Refund." 
• Violation of Music360’s Terms of Use or misuse of course materials. 
• Excessive downloading or accessing of course content beyond normal evaluation limits.

5. Limitations and Exceptions

Music360 reserves the right to:

• Decline refund requests that do not comply with this policy. 
• Implement additional conditions for specific promotions or discounted courses. 
• Modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
